اس نوٹیفیکیشن میں سکول ٹیچر انٹرن شپ پروگرام 2025 کے قواعد و ضوابط کو واضع کیا گیا ہے۔
اس پروگرام کا مقصد ٹیچرز بننے کے خواہشمند نوجوانوں کو ٹیچنگ کا مواقع فراہم کرنا ہے۔
اس پروگرام کے تحت سکول ٹیچر انٹرنٹس (STIs) کوپنجاب کے مختلف پرائمری، ؟ایلیمنٹری، ہائی اور ہائر سیکنڈری سکولوں میں تعینات کیا جائے گا۔
اہلیت کا معیار
- امیدواروں کو متعلقہ مضمون میں M.A/MSc/BS آنرز کی ڈگری ہونی چاہیے۔
- عمر کی حد 21 سے 45 سال تک ہوگی۔
- امیدواروں میی تدریسی تجربے والے افراد کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔
- تعلیم کی کم از کم سطح B.A/B.Sc یا اس سے اوپر ہونی چاہیے۔
مقامی بھرتی
امیدواروں کو اپنی یونین کونسل کی حدود میں درخواست دینی ہوگی، اور اگر مقامی علاقے کے امیدوار نہ ملے تو قریبی یونین کونسل کے امیدواروں کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔
انتخاب کا طریقہ کار
- اسکول کے پرنسپل اسکول ٹیچر انٹرن (STI) کی خدمات کی ضرورت کا جائزہ لیں گے۔
- امیدواروں کو آن لائن درخواست دینی ہوگی، اور ان کی تعلیمی دستاویزات کی جانچ کی جائے گی۔
- انٹرویو کے لیے صرف شارٹ لسٹڈ امیدواروں کو بلایا جائے گا۔
- کامیاب امیدواروں کی فہرست پورٹل اور اسکول کے نوٹس بورڈ پر آویزاں کی جائے گی۔
- اسکول کے پرنسپل منتخب امیدواروں کو تین دن کے اندر ملازمت کا خط جاری کریں گے۔
دستخط کرنے کے ضوابط
- امیدواروں کو اسکول کے نظم و ضبط پر عمل کرنا ہوگا۔
- بدتمیزی، غیر حاضری یا کسی بھی دھوکہ دہی کی صورت میں ان کی خدمات ختم کی جا سکتی ہیں۔
- سلیکٹ ہونے والے امیدواروں کی کارکردگی کی نگرانی کی جائے گی، اور ان کی حاضری کو بھی چیک کیا جائے گا۔
تنخواہ اور مدت
- پرائمری لیول کے لیے ماہانہ وظیفہ 38,000 روپے ہوگا۔
- ایلیمنٹری لیول کے لیے 40,000 روپے اور ہائی/ہائر سیکنڈری لیول کے لیے 45,000 روپے ہوگا۔
- مدت 9 ماہ ہوگی، جس میں موسم گرما کی تعطیلات شامل نہیں ہوں گی۔
- وظیفہ پورے پروگرام کی مدت کے دوران ادا کیا جائے گا۔
معاہدہ کی شرائط
- انٹرنشپ کا معاہدہ غیر منتقل ہوگا۔
- طلباء کی تعلیم پر بھرپور توجہ دینی ہوگی۔
- اگر کسی نے جعلی دستاویزات فراہم کیں تو ان کی بھرتی کو کالعدم قرار دیا جائے گا۔
- ہر STI کو کسی بھی صورت میں معاہدہ کی شرائط کی خلاف ورزی نہیں کرنی ہوگی۔
